Stage 1
After reviewing this package, you may contact
us at anytime to answer any unresolved questions you have in regards to
our company. During the time of review, we ask that you complete the
application enclosed in the package. This franchise application does not in
anyway legally bind you with our company. It’s purpose is soley for information
gathering.
Stage 2
At this time we meet one on one to talk about all aspects of "A Taste of Philly" Hand Twisted
Soft Pretzel BakeryTM as a franchise. It is at this time that finances, fees,
franchise operation, etc. are discussed.
Stage 3
The UFOC.
What is a UFOC? The Uniform Franchise Document contains detailed information
about a franchise. Its contents are regulated by the Federal Trade Commission
and are designed to assist the prospective franchisee in analyzing the merits
of a potential franchise. By law, a franchisor must provide the franchisee with
a UFOC before a contract can be signed or any payment is made. By law the
franchisee must be provided with 10 days to review this UFOC prior to signing a
franchise agreement with that company.
Stage 4
Following 10 days of the review of the UFOC, you may sign the Franchise
Agreement with "A Taste of Philly" Hand Twisted Soft Pretzel BakeryTM. It is at this time that
we begin to build your franchise.
